Nextcloud for clubs
Fixed price
Your own cloud for club documents, calendar, membership management. Self-hosted in the EU, no US providers, no monthly per-user license fees.

- Nextcloud installation on rented EU server

- 01Are the prices affordable for small clubs too?
- Yes — the fixed prices are deliberately set at approx. 50-60% below B2B levels. For particularly small clubs (e.g. fewer than 30 members) feel free to reach out and we'll find a fair solution.
- 02Can we maintain the website ourselves?
- Yes, that's actually the standard. Every website package includes a short training session so club members can update events, news, and simple content on their own.
- 03Do we need to handle GDPR and data protection ourselves?
- The technical side (cookie banner, legal notice template, privacy-conscious integrations) is included in the package. The content of the privacy policy is your responsibility as a club — I provide a sensible template and am available for questions.
- 04Can we book individual services only?
- Yes — the packages can be booked independently. A common combination is website + email + maintenance. Nextcloud often comes later when there is a need for shared document storage.
- 05What happens after the project is complete?
- You receive all credentials, documentation, and the complete source code / content. You are not tied to me — another IT person can take over at any time.
