Cloud & backup setup
Fixed price
Your data is safe and available everywhere — without US providers if you prefer. I'll set up Nextcloud (self-hosted or with an EU provider), Time Machine, or a comparable solution.

IT consultation hour
Fixed price
One hour for your IT questions — on-site at your place or online via video call. Printer acting up, Wi-Fi sluggish, smartphone settings confusing? Just ask.

- 01Do you also come to Essen, Duisburg, or Mülheim?
- Yes — I travel throughout the Ruhr area. For on-site appointments outside of Oberhausen, a small travel fee may apply — I'll let you know in advance.
- 02What happens if the problem can't be solved in 1 hour?
- At the end of the consultation I'll give you an honest assessment: what the next step would be and how much effort it involves. You then decide whether you want to book further or tackle it yourself. No pressure, no minimum hours.
- 03How can I best reach you?

- 04What does travel cost?
- Within Oberhausen, travel is included in the fixed price. For surrounding cities (Essen, Duisburg, Mülheim, Bottrop, Dinslaken) a flat travel fee of €19 applies.
- 05What if I have something that doesn't fit into a package?
- Just let me know — we'll figure out whether to fit it into an IT consultation hour or put together a small custom fixed-price offer. No hourly chaos.
